If you have a preferred squad you wish to shoot with, type up to five additional names in the space provided. All entry forms for your squad must be submitted together.
If you are shooting in the main event, please select your preferred shooting times. We will do our best to accommodate your requests for your main event shooting times, FITASC and 5-Stand shooting day, and preferred squadding. The earlier you submit your registration form, the more likely we will be able to meet your requests.
If paying by credit card you can e-mail your registration form to rfritz@stonycreekshooting.com, or fax it to (814) 267-4635. If paying by PayPal, send payments to rfritz@stonycreekshooting.com. If paying by check or money order you can mail your registration form to the address at the top of the form.
